Born in Canada (91’-00’), raised in Australia (01’ - 09’), and educated in New Zealand (10’-14’), I have spent the past decade or so living in London. Exposed to photography through my career in advertising, I stumbled into it hard during the COVID lockdowns of 2020. The abrupt arrival of a slower pace sparked a mid-life crisis of the creative kind. I had strange and sudden urge to create something. So, alongside writing screenplays, drinking too much brandy, and thinking I had developed some sort of incurable disease, I started to take pictures of daily life in London and on trips abroad. Often shot from the hip, always while on the go. Permission is never requested. Partly because I am too shy too ask but mostly because I want to capture people and moments as they really are, as they really happened. This site is a loosely curated collection of imagery captured since then. All images are my own. Get in touch if you want a print.
